02 · Data and purposes
What we collect, and why.
We don’t sell or rent contact lists. We don’t collect payment data through this page, and we don’t use advertising or profiling cookies.
To send you the confirmation message and, once you’ve confirmed, to let you know about the beta.

Legal basis: consentWe don’t store your IP address in clear text: we keep only a non-reversible fingerprint of it, to prevent automated submissions and to document your consent.
Legal basis: legitimate interestThe two consents stay separate. Requesting access doesn’t automatically sign you up for product news: that choice is optional, separate, and never pre-checked.
03 · Confirmation and analytics
You decide when to hear from us.
After you submit the form, you receive a single email to confirm that the address is yours. If you don’t confirm it, we send no further communications. Every later message includes a link to unsubscribe.
Only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the site banner do we load Google Analytics 4, to understand visits, scrolling, outbound clicks, and aggregate conversions. We don’t send Google email addresses, form answers, names, tokens, or free text. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. You can change this choice from the “Analytics” link in the footer.
04 · Who helps us
The providers involved.
The data is processed by people authorized by the controller and, when necessary, by providers acting on the controller’s behalf:
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to deliver confirmation emails and the communications you have consented to.
The beta registry is hosted on VHosting infrastructure in Italy, within the European Economic Area.
It is activated only after your explicit consent. Google may process technical data under its own terms and the safeguards that apply to international transfers.
05 · Retention
We don’t keep your contact forever.
If you don’t confirm your request, we delete it within 30 days. If you confirm your access to the beta, we keep the data for up to 12 months from confirmation, or until the beta closes if that happens first. For optional product news, your consent remains valid for up to 24 months from confirmation.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. After you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum information needed to respect your choice and to avoid adding you again by mistake, unless you ask for complete deletion or a legal obligation applies.
06 · Your rights
You can ask us to stop.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, or object to processing where applicable. You can also withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of what happened before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@avanlio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
